About the lessons:
Stand Up Paddling is overall easy, although it implies a big deal of balance and it requieres some patience.
The first objective is to stand up with confidence and be able to paddle in a straight line and turn to both sides and then doing all this in a fluid sequence and proper technique. After this we will work on your paddling technique if you are more keen to Journeying, or we will play with the waves if you are more a surf type of person. If you have never done SUP before we recommend two 2-hour lessons to begin with. If you would like to perfection your technique in Surfign or Journeying we recommend you book the lessons one at a time until you achieve your desired goals.
Castelldefels offers great learning conditions with a wide sandy beach and shallow shores. No matter your age, gender or experience level, we can get you initiated in this fascinating sport.
Is this suitable for me?
This lesson has been designed to enjoy the sport safely and learn in a fun environment while enjoying the beauty of the surrounding landscape. Anyone in moderate physical should be able to sign up for this lesson and surf the very first wave on our super easy adapted gear and have a great experience.
